By far the number one question I was asked when people found out we were having a girl was if she would have a Lilly Pulitzer themed nursery. The second most popular question was if her name was going to be Lilly 😂 Since her closet was already full with Lilly, I decided I would give her a little break from it in hopes that when she is older she still likes it and doesn’t decide she hates it just because mom likes it 😜
When designing Anna Kate’s nursery I knew I wanted to create a clean, calm, and relaxing environment. I wanted it to be pink (duh!) but not overpowering. And of course, it wouldn’t be a room I designed without some gingham in there! It sounds like I knew exactly what I was wanting, and to an extent I did, but don’t worry I still went through 50 paint samples and 100 rugs only to come back to my original choices 😂
I will try to link everything that I can at the end and include details I cannot link like the paint color. If I miss anything or you have any questions, feel free to reach out!
The pictures above are updated pictures to how her room currently looks. When we had our newborn lifestyle shoot done by Lesie Page Photography we did not have the flowers up so that is why they aren’t in all the pictures.
